Breast fibroids B-ultrasound description

Breast fibroids B-ultrasound description

Fibroids generally refer to breast fibroids. Treatment experience shows that breast fibroids generally occur in women between 20 and 30 years old, and are mainly directly related to the secretion of female estrogen. The actual symptoms are generally manifested as pain in one or both breasts, and the appearance of lumps of different sizes. Fibroids last for a long time, and a small number of patients can heal on their own. In general, surgical removal is required.

Generally speaking, the diagnosis of breast fibroids requires B-ultrasound examination. How do doctors write B-ultrasound examination reports of breast fibroids? Here I summarize several steps:

The first step is the description of the B-ultrasound part. It includes the test results of both sides of the breast tissue, which generally indicates the thickness of the breast ducts on both sides, expressed in cm, and then indicates the length of the subcutaneous tissue between the lumps. The location and size of the weak echo groups in the tissue need to be specifically indicated. The boundary shape is mainly reflected by CDF1, and there is also the presence or absence of blood flow data signals. Finally, a detailed description of the location of the glandular duct echo is given.

The second step is to draw conclusions. What this means is that the computer software uses the B-ultrasound results as a reference to make a conclusive definition by combining the thickness of the breast ducts on both sides, the location and size of the weak echo groups, the length of the distance between the lumps and the subcutaneous tissue, and the location of the duct echoes. If it is a diagnosis of breast fibroids, it will be written as breast fibroids. If it is other diseases, other criteria will be used, which will not be discussed here.

The third step is to fill in the additional information. It usually includes the patient's name, gender, family history of sexually transmitted diseases, whether he has had surgery in recent years, and what medications he has taken recently. This information can be supplemented with important information, and it does not need to be comprehensive. It only needs to supplement the important personal information. The main function of this additional information is to allow the lazy doctor to pay attention and thus have certain choices in treatment.
