Female friends who have had a gynecological examination must have had a leucorrhea examination. This is a basic test that is easy to use and can quickly and roughly determine the condition of the reproductive system. Many people have found that their vaginal hygiene level is level 4, but they don’t know what it means or whether they should take medicine. So can the fourth degree of cleanliness cure it? Let’s find out together. 1 Can the fourth degree of cleanliness be cured? If the level of leucorrhea is four, it is considered that there is inflammation and infection, and immediate corresponding treatment measures should be given. If not treated, the possibility of recovery is not great. First of all, you need to pay attention to the basics of nursing, usually wear cotton underwear with good ventilation, wash it with warm water every night, and keep the body clean, dry and hygienic. Because the ventilation rate of this area is not good, it is very easy to get infected. Cleanliness level four, you can use ofloxacin suppositories or metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets under the guidance of a doctor, both of which are helpful for the treatment of nonspecific vaginitis. During the treatment period, you need to avoid sexual intercourse to prevent aggravation of inflammation. You should also not eat spicy food, because spicy food ingredients can easily cause getting inflamed, which will weaken the body's immune function and is not conducive to the treatment of inflammation. 2. Classification of cleanliness levels of leucorrhea inspection The female secretions are stained with acid-fast dye and observed under an optical microscope. The cleanliness of vaginal discharge is judged by the number of streptococci, white blood cell counts (WBC) and fungi in the vagina. There are 4 levels: Grade I: There are a lot of vaginal streptococci and squamous epithelial cells, no fungi, white blood cell count, clear vision, indicating normal secretions. Grade II: Streptococci and squamous epithelial cells are detected in the vagina, as well as a small amount of white blood cells and fungi, which is still normal female secretions. Grade III: A small amount of streptococci and squamous epithelial cells in the vagina, and a relatively high count of fungi and white blood cells, indicating a mild case of Trichomonas vaginitis. Grade IV: No intravaginal streptococci, only a small number of squamous epithelial cells, a large number of white blood cell counts and fungi. Remind that there are relatively severe cases of Trichomonas vaginitis, such as candidal vaginitis and Trichomonas vaginitis. Grades Ⅰ to Ⅱ are normal, and grades Ⅲ to Ⅳ indicate abnormal vaginal discharge, indicating Trichomonas vaginitis. Those with abnormal leucorrhea can receive treatment according to different causes. |
