Normal development age chart for girls

Generally speaking, girls' breast development begins at the age of 8-12. Now more and more parents have begun to pay more attention to their children's breast development. The following is a girls' breast development age table for parents as a reference.

1Children's breast development standard table

The first stage (1 to 9 years old): Before puberty, the breasts have not grown and developed.

The second stage (10-11 years old): In the early stage of breast development, the breast bud under the nipple begins to grow and develop, showing a prominent dome-shaped protrusion. Girls will experience breast hyperplasia when they reach the age of 10-11. At this time, a breast nucleus will be formed. When touched with the hand, a lump or a small lump will be found, and there will also be a sense of tenderness.

The third stage (12-13 years old): When breastfeeding girls reach the age of 12-13, the mammary ducts and body fat will gradually increase, the breasts will gradually protrude and become quite elastic, the breasts will become round and shaped like adults, but still small.

Stage 4 (14-15 years old): The breasts expand rapidly, and the nipples protrude forward and become spherical in shape.

The fifth stage (16-18 years old): Normal adult breasts are formed, and the ball of the nipple is integrated with the ring of the breast.

Tip: According to statistics, the average age of breast development for girls is 10.8-11.4 years old. It should be noted that if a girl's breasts have not developed by the age of 16, parents and friends must be aware of whether she has sexual development retardation or uterine and ovarian hypoplasia.

2Breast care for adolescent girls

1. Pay attention to your posture. When walking, you should hold your head high and chest out, and tighten your abdomen and buttocks. When sitting, you should hold your head high and chest out, and don't hunch your back. When sleeping, you should lie on your back or side, not on your stomach.

2. Prevent trauma: When working or participating in sports competitions, pay attention to protecting your breasts to prevent collision or compression injuries.

3. The key to good chest fitness is to enhance chest muscle training, such as doing more chest expansion exercises or plank support, chest expansion aerobics, etc.

4. Nutrition should be appropriate. Adolescent women should not blindly pursue the beauty of perfect lines and go on a diet or eat picky foods. Appropriate intake of protein foods can reduce the amount of fat in the chest and maintain breast plumpness.
