How to read the 10 items in the leucorrhea test report

The vaginal secretion test form generally has ten test results. The top two items, namely streptococci and squamous cells, are generally normal manifestations. In addition, the pH value of vaginal secretions below should normally be 4.5. The next step is to check whether the vaginal secretions contain pus balls, white blood cell counts, chlamydia, Trichomonas, fungi, Gardnerella, and Gardnerella. The bottom part is about the cleanliness of vaginal secretions. If there are bacteria, Trichomonas, Gardnerella, and Gardnerella, it means there is vaginitis.

Many people have had leucorrhea examinations, and these very professional terms and several "+" and "-" are confusing. The doctor said that leucorrhea examination and general gynecological examination are mainly used for the vagina and cervix to visually see whether there are polyps and erosions, and then judge whether there is inflammation based on the status of beneficial bacteria.

Explanation: During gynecological examinations, color, hypertrophy, and bubbles may often be manifestations of inflammation and require attention. If you have a retroverted uterus, you can wear high heels occasionally to adjust it, otherwise it is easy to have back pain and it may be difficult to get pregnant.

In the leucorrhea examination, only lactobacilli and squamous epithelial cells are good.

In other words, under normal circumstances, these two will have more than three "+", the more the better. If the beneficial bacteria cells are out of balance, these two items will decrease. Others, such as Trichomonas and Microvilli, are bacteria and indicate fungal vaginitis.

If Gardnerella, Gardnerella, Gram-negative bacilli, cocci, etc. are detected, it indicates bacterial vaginosis. Some test reports do not clearly classify them, but simply include them all in the fungal team. The larger the fungal "+", the more serious the bacterial vaginosis.

In addition, a white blood cell count within a field of view is considered normal if it does not exceed 15.

Cleanliness means that you can visually understand the quality of the vaginal environment. If there are more lactobacilli and squamous epithelial cells, and fewer white blood cells and fungi, the cleanliness is relatively high.

Normally, the cleanliness level should be 1 or 2 degrees. 3 degrees or above indicates inflammation, and 4 degrees indicates severe inflammation.

Vaginal secretions are a mixture of vaginal mucosal exudate, cervical canal and uterine wall glandular secretions, and their production is related to the action of progesterone. It is used to check the vagina for Trichomonas and Trichomonas, and it can also determine the cleanliness of leucorrhea. So how do you judge the vaginal discharge test report?

Vaginal discharge is a kind of viscous transparent liquid that flows out of the vagina of women. It is a mixture of secretions from the Bartholin's glands, cervical ducts, uterine wall, leaked fluid from the vaginal mucosa, and fallen squamous epithelial cells of the vagina. Vaginal secretions contain lactobacillus, lysozyme and antigens, so they have the effect of inhibiting the growth of bacteria.

Normal leucorrhea should be milky white or colorless and transparent, with a little fishy smell or no odor. When the vaginal discharge becomes abnormal, the situation will change to a certain extent.
