It's wet like water below

Some female friends find that their private parts are as wet as water and they worry that they have some disease. If watery vaginal discharge occurs, it may be due to a virus infecting the cervix or vagina, or it may be due to cervical erosion or diseases such as vaginal trichomoniasis. It is recommended that female friends seek medical attention for examination to find out the specific cause and then receive treatment.

The cause of watery leucorrhea is actually quite complicated, and further examination is needed to discover the cause.

Experts analyze the main causes of watery leucorrhea

1. Filterable viruses infect the cervix, vagina and vulva. Candida albicans infection causes increased leucorrhea or atrophic vaginitis.

2. Cervical erosion. Childbirth lacerations, changes in sex hormones, or cervical inflammation caused by sexual intercourse may all lead to cervical erosion and increase in leucorrhea.

3. Vaginal Trichomonas infection. This infection can easily cause an increase in leucorrhea, accompanied by a foul odor, and itching of the genitals.

4. Pathogen infection, which allows pathogens to enter the reproductive tract through the vaginal opening and cause infection.

Examination items for abnormal leucorrhea:

1. Cleanliness: It is divided into four degrees, degrees I to II are normal, degrees III to IV are abnormal leucorrhea, indicating vaginal inflammation.

2. pH value: The normal pH value is around 4.5. The vagina is slightly acidic, which is the self-cleaning function of the vagina and can prevent the reproduction of pathogenic bacteria. If you have trichomoniasis or bacterial vaginosis, the pH value will rise and may be greater than 5~6.

3. Fungi and Trichomonas: After the leucorrhea is processed, the presence of Trichomonas or fungi can be detected under a microscope. If Trichomonas or fungi are present, they will be indicated by "+". This symbol only means that you have been infected with Trichomonas or fungus, and does not indicate the severity of the infection.

4. Cord cell: a method for checking bacterial sexually transmitted diseases. Many bacteria gather around the vaginal epithelial cells, making their edges blurred. These are clue cells, which are sensitive and specific signs of bacterial vaginosis.

5. Amine test: a method for checking bacterial sexually transmitted diseases. The diagnosis is made by a positive reaction to the amine test in the vaginal discharge.
