Clear fluid during ovulation

Clear fluid during ovulation

In a month, a woman's body is divided into three periods: ovulation period, non-ovulation period and menstruation period. The symptoms presented by the woman's body in different periods will also be different. For example, during ovulation, the vaginal discharge from a woman's lower body will be particularly obvious, but normal vaginal discharge should be colorless and transparent. But what about other clear fluids that discharge during ovulation?

What causes watery discharge during ovulation?

1. Developmental status: Tall stature and underdeveloped secondary sexual characteristics may be signs of sexual dysfunction caused by the central nervous system. Increased body hair may be caused by excessive secretion of androgen by the ovaries or adrenal glands. Milk discharge from the nipple may be caused by too much prolactin in the blood.

2. Menstrual condition: Menstrual disorders and amenorrhea are symptoms of anovulation.

3. Breast pain: Estrogen and progesterone levels increase during ovulation, which can easily cause breast pain.

4. Increased vaginal discharge: This is the most obvious symptom of ovulation. For most people, the amount of leucorrhea will increase significantly during ovulation. It will become as transparent as egg white and can be stretched into threads. There will be no uncomfortable symptoms such as vulvar itching and odor.

How to calculate ovulation period

Generally, the ovulation period of women with normal menstruation is 14 days before the next menstruation. It can be calculated by pushing the date before the next menstruation forward 14 days. The ovulation day and the 5 days before and 4 days after it are called the ovulation period. Here is an example. A woman's menstrual cycle is 28 days. The first day of this menstruation is December 2nd and the menstruation is on December 30th, so December 16th is the ovulation day. The ovulation day and the 5 days before and 4 days after, which is December 11-20, is the ovulation period. I believe everyone will be clearer now.

It is recommended that you have sex during the ovulation period, but if female friends experience any symptoms during the ovulation period, they should go to the hospital immediately and not delay the treatment. It is recommended to go to some regular, public tertiary hospitals for examination. Do not go to some small hospitals without certificates just to save a little money, which will delay the condition and make it worse.

What does ovulation feel like?

1. Anal swelling or lower abdominal pain on one side

When a mature egg is discharged from the surface of the ovary, it will break through a thin membrane follicle on the surface of the egg. A small amount of fluid in the follicle will flow into the pelvic cavity. Women will feel a slight feeling of falling in the anus and slight pain in one side of the lower abdomen.

2. Ovulation bleeding and temperature rise

Due to the fluctuation of estrogen secretion in the body before and after ovulation, a small amount of uterine bleeding may occur. At the same time, the body temperature rises slightly after ovulation. If you can measure the basal body temperature every morning, you can find the ovulation date based on the changes in body temperature.

3. Increased vaginal discharge

During ovulation, the amount of secretions increases significantly and becomes watery, transparent and clear. Women will feel their vulva is moist and slippery, and the secretions are very stringy. This increase in vaginal secretions usually lasts for 2 to 3 days, which is the time when women are most likely to get pregnant.
