How to judge whether a pregnant woman has a miscarriage

If a pregnant woman has a miscarriage, it may lead to miscarriage in serious cases. Nowadays, many pregnant mothers pay great attention to their physical health during pregnancy, and both their daily diet and daily exercise are scientific. However, accidents are uncontrollable, and sometimes special circumstances will still occur. Therefore, if pregnant mothers have a miscarriage, they must know how to judge it.

Fetal Qi refers to the essence and energy that the fetus receives in the mother's womb. From embryo to full-formed form, a person gradually grows with the help of fetal energy. After leaving the mother's body, whether the baby grows and develops normally is also related to the fetal qi. If the constitution is adequate, the qi and blood will be balanced, the spirit will be energetic, the development will be normal, and the body will be strong. If the child is not endowed with sufficient endowment, he will have developmental disorders and a thin body. If he is still unable to walk at the age of four or five, these are all signs of insufficient fetal energy.

Some women after pregnancy, due to strong early pregnancy reactions or concerns about the health of the fetus, will indeed experience a certain degree of low libido or even short-term sexual apathy. However, from another perspective, sexual life after pregnancy may have many advantages. This is because, on the one hand, after pregnancy, sexual life no longer needs to be nervous and anxious about accidentally getting pregnant, thus improving sexual pleasure.

On the other hand, due to the changes in hormone levels after pregnancy, the genitals of pregnant women become congested, the vagina becomes moist and easy to enter, and they become more sensitive to sexual stimulation. Therefore, some pregnant women may have stronger sexual desires during pregnancy, and their sexual feelings may be significantly higher than in the non-pregnant period.

In addition, older pregnant women with a history of miscarriage or premature birth, who suffer from high blood pressure, placenta previa, premature rupture of membranes, heart disease, or poor health should avoid excessive sexual activity throughout pregnancy to ensure the safety of the child.

Sexual intercourse should be prohibited from the time after delivery until the uterus recovers (about 6 to 7 weeks), otherwise it will cause inflammation of the reproductive organs, uterine bleeding, or hinder the healing of perineal and vaginal wounds. If postpartum bloody vaginal discharge (lochia) lasts for a long time, the abstinence period should be extended accordingly.
