What is the best contraceptive method for women?

There are many contraceptive measures in life. You can take birth control pills to prevent pregnancy, but birth control pills are a type of medical contraception, which can easily cause some harm to the body and affect the digestive tract, etc. Using condoms can easily affect normal sex life. Female contraceptive measures include IUDs, but whether they are suitable for use depends on your physical condition.

Which contraceptive method is best for women?

There seems to be no existing contraceptive method that can solve the problem for all women once and for all. For example, oral contraceptives may cause irregular vaginal bleeding or unbearable gastrointestinal symptoms in some people; condoms cannot be used for a long time because the man is unwilling to cooperate; the safe period often leads to contraceptive failure due to inaccurate timing; sterilization surgery is currently only performed by some rural women, and they also face the trauma and risks of surgery; IUD insertion sometimes results in pregnancy with the ring or discomfort with the insertion.

Therefore, contraceptive measures must be tailored to the individual.

IUD is a contraceptive method with good effect, strong reversibility and low cost. I think you can try getting an IUD to avoid pregnancy, and then remove it when you want to have a child. At present, there are millions of women in my country who have IUDs inserted every year, and the usage rate accounts for 80 percent of the world's total number of IUDs inserted.

But not everyone is suitable for IUD insertion. It is not recommended for infertile women under the age of 25. Women with untreated or uncured gynecological inflammation should not have an IUD installed for the time being. Women with reproductive organ tumors or uterine malformations are not suitable for IUD insertion. Women with a loose cervix, severe cervical lacerations or uterine prolapse are not suitable for IUD insertion. Patients with severe systemic diseases cannot have an IUD inserted.

There are many types of rings now, and each type of ring has its own service life. I hope that every woman who decides to use an IUD for contraception will ask the medical staff present clearly about the type of IUD (related to the method of removing the IUD) and its usage period. When the service life is reached, the ring should be removed.
