A girl has a pimple on her private part

Every woman should pay close attention to the health of her private parts, because generally speaking, women's private parts are a very fragile part of the body, and the probability of suffering from gynecological diseases is higher than that of men. For example, some girls inexplicably found a small lump on their private parts, which caused pain and itching. So what exactly causes a small pimple on a woman's private parts?

Why do I have a pimple on my genitals?

1. What happens if a woman has a pimple on her private parts?

1.1. Vestibular gland cyst. Small bumps on the vulva may be vestibular gland cysts. The outlet of the greater vestibular gland is located on the inner side of the labia minora, and bacteria can easily invade and cause inflammation. Generally, bacteria first invade the epithelium of the Bartholin's gland ducts, causing the mucosa to swell, or the uterine adhesions occur after the tissue at the opening of the duct is destroyed, causing the opening of the duct to be blocked, and the secretions cannot be discharged, thus forming a Bartholin's gland cyst.

1.2. Viral infection or inflammation. There are other possibilities for small bumps on the vulva: one is caused by human papillomavirus infection, called genital warts; the other is caused by general vaginal inflammation due to excessive leucorrhea and irritation, called pseudo-condylomata.

1.3. Vulvar inflammation. Another possible reason for small bumps on the vulva is vulvitis: this is caused by a large amount of leucorrhea irritating the skin in the labia area. In daily life, the vulva is easily contaminated with urine, feces, and leucorrhea, so that the vulva skin is often in a humid environment, which is suitable for bacterial growth. At this time, if the vulvar skin is abraded, or if hygiene is not paid attention to, or the body's resistance is reduced, the hair follicles and surrounding tissues will be infected by staphylococci and other bacteria, which will cause local vulvitis.

2. What diseases are women's private parts prone to?

2.1. Vulvar injury: Vulvar injury is one of the common characteristics in women. Most of the causes of the attacks are straddle-type falls, such as unexpected sudden braking when riding a men's bicycle, or a violent collision with the genitals when getting on or off the bicycle, violent blows to the vulva, etc. In this case, there is a heavier contusion on the vulva, which may be painful, and subcutaneous bruises or hematomas can be seen.

2.2. Genital warts: Genital warts are a sexually transmitted disease, usually associated with unclean sexual life. During an attack, the vulva will itch and secretions will increase significantly. In the early stage, the epidermis and mucous membrane of the vulva are rough and uneven, and then small nodules or lumps can be felt. They look like burrs, or gray-white tumors like cauliflower and cockscomb of varying sizes. They are mostly distributed on the inner side of the labia minora, the interlabial groove between the labia majora and minora, the perineum and anus.

2.3. Pseudo-condyloma: Pseudo-condyloma is not a sexually transmitted disease. On the inner side of the labia, you can see light red rashes the size of millet grains, which are symmetrical and evenly distributed on both sides.

3. What is the use of women's pubic hair?

There are two main uses. The first is to offset the impact and friction. If there is no pubic hair, the intense movements during sexual intercourse can easily injure the skin. Secondly, it is a symbol of maturity, showing that one is capable of sexual intercourse. Hairy looks and feels particularly sexy. Immature children are hairless, so they do not arouse sexual desire.
