Can you get pregnant without fallopian tubes?

In fact, the female reproductive system is also a very complex system, and every woman needs to pay attention to the protection of the reproductive system in life, so as to ensure the normal fertility of women. However, for a small number of women, they may be born without fallopian tubes, which is related to abnormal chromosomal development. So if a woman does not have fallopian tubes, can she get pregnant?

The female egg combines with the male sperm through the fallopian tube. If there is no fallopian tube, the female cannot get pregnant. However, there are many ways to conceive at present. Even if there is no fallopian tube, there is technology to make women pregnant. Therefore, women should relax during treatment, face their own mentality, and face the treatment with a normal heart.

Salpingitis is the most common symptom of gynecological genital inflammation and is mostly caused by infection with pathogens. The main pathogens are Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Escherichia coli, Pneumococcus, Chlamydia, etc. If the disease is not actively treated when it is discovered, infection can easily occur after childbirth, miscarriage or menstruation.

Damage to the birth canal and placental detachment surface caused during delivery or abortion, or wounds caused by endometrial exfoliation during menstruation, are all ways for pathogens to infect the internal reproductive organs. Sometimes infection is related to lax aseptic surgical procedures, such as placement of an intrauterine device, curettage, fallopian tube insufflation, and iodized oil angiography. Frequent sexual intercourse and sexual intercourse during menstruation can also cause infection and lead to salpingitis. In a small number of patients, the infection is directly spread from inflammation of adjacent organs, such as appendicitis or infection foci in other parts of the body that spread through the bloodstream to the fallopian tubes and cause infection.

The total length of the fallopian tube is about 8 to 14 centimeters. The lumen is where sperm and egg meet. Generally, sperm can appear in the ampulla of the fallopian tube 10 to 30 minutes after sexual intercourse. The lumen of the fallopian tube is relatively narrow, with the narrowest part only 1 to 2 mm in diameter. When pelvic inflammatory disease or salpingitis occurs, the narrowest part and fimbria of the fallopian tube are prone to adhesion, causing stenosis or complete closure of the lumen. In this way, sperm and egg cannot meet in the lumen, thus causing infertility.
