Swill-like leucorrhea

Swill-like leucorrhea

Leucorrhea is a substance secreted from the cervix of the female uterus. Its state changes with the physiological period of women. Under normal circumstances, leucorrhea should be milky white or transparent and viscous. Sometimes the amount is large, sometimes it is small, and sometimes it is relatively viscous. People can judge the health of the uterus by the state of leucorrhea. The appearance of swill-like leucorrhea is abnormal. What causes it?

Rice-water-like leucorrhea is leucorrhea that is the same as rice-washing water. Normal leucorrhea should be milky white or colorless and transparent, sticky and have no odor. Only white discharge is normal. If the color, smell and properties of leucorrhea are abnormal, it is abnormal and requires routine examination of leucorrhea and symptomatic treatment.

Clinically, vaginitis, cervicitis, endometritis, and pelvic inflammatory disease may all cause swill-like leucorrhea. In addition to Candida infection, other pathogenic bacteria infections can also cause swill-like leucorrhea. Therefore, it is impossible to distinguish accurately with the naked eye, and relevant tests and examinations must be done to make an accurate diagnosis.

It is necessary to go to the hospital and conduct relevant examinations to clarify the specific type of inflammatory infection and pathogenic bacteria infection, and use symptomatic medication according to the examination results. This is the most effective treatment. Before treatment, the pathogen must be confirmed first to see whether it is a single pathogen infection or accompanied by miscellaneous bacteria. Each pathogen infection requires different medication and treatment. This situation may be caused by vaginitis, and the possibility of cervical erosion cannot be ruled out.

It is mostly caused by bacterial or viral infection, and often manifests as black, yellow or brown discharge, pain, excessive vaginal discharge, odor, itching, bleeding, frequent and urgent urination, abnormal vaginal discharge, swelling, lower abdominal pain, etc. A lot of vaginal discharge with an odor may be due to vaginal inflammation. Vaginitis is the most common inflammatory disease among women, and at least half of women have experienced it. Due to the special anatomy of the vagina, it is easy to get some inflammation if you are not careful. It is generally curable.
