Vaginal contractions during sleep

Vaginal contractions during sleep

Vaginal contraction during sleep is a symptom of pathology, which may be caused by psychological factors of the patient. For example, the patient was traumatized by rape and the relationship between the couple is not harmonious, which can cause vaginal contraction. At the same time, congenital vaginal stenosis and lack of tension in the hymen can cause vaginal spasm. You can understand the causes of vaginal contraction during sleep.

What causes vaginal spasm during sleep? It is directly related to the patient's mental and psychological factors. For example, forced sexual intercourse or violent rape may have left serious mental trauma to the patient. The patient may easily suffer from vaginal spasm when dreaming about related things during sleep. Or if there is emotional disharmony between husband and wife and the wife is disgusted with sex life, vaginal spasm may also occur during sleep.

In addition to mental factors, congenital vaginal stenosis, tight and lack of tension of the hymen, trauma to the hymen, and tough hymen may all cause vaginismus during sleep. In addition, female reproductive organ infections, such as reproductive organ malformations, local inflammation, vaginitis, cervicitis, tumors, etc. may also cause vaginismus.

What should you do if you have vaginismus? First of all, you should understand the cause clearly and take symptomatic treatment according to the cause. If vaginismus is caused by psychological factors, you should be given psychological and sexual education. If vaginismus is caused by vaginal deformity, vaginismus can be relieved after the treatment of the vaginal deformity. If necessary, vaginal dilation treatment can be performed. Apply lubricant to the expander and then insert it into the vagina, 3-4 times a day, each time for about 15 minutes.

To sum up, we understand what vaginismus during sleep is and what to do about it. Vaginismus can be divided into four levels according to the degree of spasm and clinical symptoms. Vaginismus with mild symptoms may not require special treatment, but if vaginismus has affected the sexual life of couples, it should be treated in time.

How do women maintain their vagina?

1. Understand vaginal knowledge

Women begin to lose fat in their private parts from their 20s and gradually become loose as they age. As women approach menopause, their vaginal lining begins to thin, blood flow decreases, and the pelvic floor muscles weaken. A loose vagina can affect a woman's sexual confidence.

2. Have a gynecological examination at least once a year

Women, especially those who have sex, must insist on gynecological examinations. Have a gynecological check-up at least once a year. In addition to routine checkups, you can also use this opportunity to talk to your doctor about contraception and other issues related to your sex life.

3. Avoid big fluctuations in weight

If your weight fluctuates greatly, it will definitely affect the "beauty" of your genitals. Sudden changes in weight can cause the vagina and vulva to be overstretched and damaged. Women should not lose weight excessively and should maintain a healthy weight. If a woman is too thin, her private parts, like her face, will age and sag prematurely.

4. Don’t sit for long periods of time

Don't sit in an office chair for a long time. Sitting on a fitness ball for 15 minutes every day can naturally contract the pelvic floor muscles and help strengthen the vaginal muscles.

5. Reduce long riding time

The constant friction between the bicycle seat and the crotch can damage the labia majora, especially for women whose labia majora are naturally more protruding. Therefore, if it is not required for professional training, women should reduce long-term cycling to better protect their private parts.

6. Use unscented toilet paper

After urinating, use toilet paper to wipe the urine. After defecation, use toilet paper to wipe from front to back to avoid bringing bacteria in the feces into the vagina and urethra. The toilet paper used should be white and scentless and produced by regular manufacturers! Never use the low-quality toilet paper sold on the street. Some of them are made from waste paper in the garbage dump and are one of the sources of gynecological diseases.

7. It is best to wear white underwear

Today's underwear also comes in various styles and colors. However, for the sake of health, women are best to wear white cotton underwear. Undyed fabrics are the safest. Do not wear underwear made of nylon or chemical fiber materials, as these materials can cause airtightness and moisture. Underwear should be washed every day and dried in the sun as much as possible to allow ultraviolet rays to kill bacteria.

8. Drink plenty of water

A delicate little water cup can always remind women to drink more water, because drinking more water can help the body's metabolism and dilute urine and vaginal secretions. The urine produced when water enters the body can also carry away bacteria from the vulva and urethra, which is very beneficial for preventing diseases such as vaginitis and urinary tract infection.

9. Keep your private parts dry

Keep the vulva dry and ventilated at all times to avoid embarrassing problems such as private itching. Women should change out of their bathrobes and fitness clothes immediately after bathing and exercising. After bathing, wait until your vulva is dry before putting on your underwear. Cornstarch or an unscented cornstarch-based powder can be applied to the vulva and groin area to absorb moisture. If you sit and work for a long time, you should stand up and move around more, which can also effectively prevent vulvar inflammation and itching.

10. Woman on top during intercourse

Women are more likely to suffer stretch injuries in the lower part during intercourse because the male partner controls the rhythm and depth of insertion, which sometimes exceeds the tolerance of the female vagina. If the woman is on top, she is in control and can better contract and control her vaginal muscles.

11. Use a mild cleaning solution

The labia tissue is very sensitive. If it is cleaned with irritating products, it may cause dryness or even allergies. Therefore, women should reduce the use of cleaning products or use mild cleansing lotions.
