Diseases that may be caused by unclear edges of breast nodules include:

1. Breast cancer.

2. Breast hyperplasia.

3. Breast fibroids.

Irregular morphology of breast nodules is an imaging diagnosis, not a criterion for cancer diagnosis. Benign nodules such as phyllodes tumors, sclerosing adenosis, and mammary adenosis may also have irregular breast nodules. When breast nodules show symptoms such as irregular shape, hard texture, unclear boundaries, poor mobility, and local orange peel-like changes, the tumor may be suspected to be malignant. However, clinically, auxiliary examinations such as mammography, color ultrasound, and MRI should still be used to make a comprehensive consideration and make a final diagnosis.

If the boundaries of breast nodules are unclear, you can go to the hospital's breast surgery department as soon as possible for color ultrasound or molybdenum target X-ray examination to determine whether the breast nodules are benign or malignant. Malignant breast nodules should be surgically removed as soon as possible, and the nodule cells should be treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgery. For benign breast nodules, surgical removal is generally the option. If the nodules are caused by breast hyperplasia and the nodules are relatively small, surgical treatment is generally not required and regular check-ups are sufficient.
