Unclear borders of breast nodules

Unclear borders of breast nodules

In real life, many women are prone to breast diseases due to long-term psychological pressure from work. Breast nodules are also a common female physical disease. The unclear boundaries of breast nodules may be caused by breast hyperplasia or breast cancer, which requires detailed examination and treatment as soon as possible.

What is the reason for unclear borders of breast nodules?

Nowadays, people are paying more and more attention to cancer. Breast nodules are often benign lesions, but unclear edges of breast nodules do not necessarily mean cancer. A pathological test is needed to confirm the diagnosis.

Cause Analysis

Diseases that may be caused by unclear edges of breast nodules include:

1. Breast cancer.

2. Breast hyperplasia.

3. Breast fibroids.

Suggested actions

1. Maintain a good mood.

2. Eat a balanced diet and avoid spicy, greasy or irritating foods.

3. Develop good living habits and go to bed early and get up early.

4. Go to the hospital promptly for pathological examination to identify the cause of the disease and to detect and treat it early.

Irregular morphology of breast nodules is an imaging diagnosis, not a criterion for cancer diagnosis. Benign nodules such as phyllodes tumors, sclerosing adenosis, and mammary adenosis may also have irregular breast nodules. When breast nodules show symptoms such as irregular shape, hard texture, unclear boundaries, poor mobility, and local orange peel-like changes, the tumor may be suspected to be malignant. However, clinically, auxiliary examinations such as mammography, color ultrasound, and MRI should still be used to make a comprehensive consideration and make a final diagnosis.

If the boundaries of breast nodules are unclear, you can go to the hospital's breast surgery department as soon as possible for color ultrasound or molybdenum target X-ray examination to determine whether the breast nodules are benign or malignant. Malignant breast nodules should be surgically removed as soon as possible, and the nodule cells should be treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgery. For benign breast nodules, surgical removal is generally the option. If the nodules are caused by breast hyperplasia and the nodules are relatively small, surgical treatment is generally not required and regular check-ups are sufficient.
