Cervical cancer is divided into several different stages, and the symptoms of the disease will vary in different stages. It is generally divided into stages one to four. Late-stage cervical cancer is generally difficult to cure. You can treat it according to your condition. If surgery is possible, try to use surgical treatment methods and pay more attention to changes in your condition. Can advanced cervical cancer be cured? The conventional staging of cervical cancer is stage one, two, three, and four. Almost all tumors are divided in this way. We generally use stage two A and stage two B as a dividing line. Stages before stage two A are called early stages, and stage two B and stage three are called middle and late stages. Stage four is definitely late stage. So can it be cured? Surgery before stage two A should be done if possible, and radiotherapy and chemotherapy should be done if not possible. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are more sensitive. As I mentioned earlier, for malignant tumors, sometimes we mean clinical cure, and sometimes we can survive with tumor, which means that the patient has the tumor but is still alive, which is also a relatively good effect. I mentioned earlier the effect of radiotherapy in late cervical cancer. The five-year survival rate can reach 70%, and the ten-year survival rate can reach 60%, so the effect is still good. This may be related to one reason, which is the function of our uterus. The biggest function is to give birth to children, which is usually related to menstruation. However, when the uterus is diseased, it is really difficult to affect other vital organs. So most deaths from cervical cancer are not due to cervical cancer itself. Of course, there are also distant metastases, which are relatively rare. There are lung metastases and bone metastases, so even if it is lung metastasis, it will not affect the function of the lungs on a large scale. Therefore, it is often due to excessive consumption, and may die from complications rather than from cervical cancer itself, because the most annoying thing about cervical cancer is some of the symptoms in the late stage, which may cause damage to the intestines and bladder, thereby forming intestinal fistula or bladder fistula, which is a very painful thing in life. Cervical cancer is not easy to detect in the early stages, and once it is discovered, it is already in the middle or late stages. If the patient has no metastasis, surgical treatment can be considered. If surgery is not possible, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, biological therapy, Chinese medicine support therapy and other treatment methods can be considered. It is recommended that patients immediately go to a local regular cancer hospital for hospitalization and choose a suitable treatment plan. For the treatment of advanced cervical cancer, if the body allows, radiotherapy and chemotherapy can be given, and it can also be combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Actively cooperating with treatment can achieve clinical recovery. |
