Ovulation calculator

Ovulation calculator

Ovulation Calculator is a software tool developed and designed exclusively by Lady's House. This software has 2 versions: one for online calculations and one for client software that can be downloaded for free to a local computer. It can be used to prevent the baby's intrauterine language development delay and can also help you conceive a boy. The ovulation calculator predicts the menstrual period by inputting the time of the last menstrual period and the menstrual cycle, and can visually obtain the safe menstrual period and ovulation period in the form of a calendar to help ovulation and conception.

According to your menstrual cycle, you can calculate the ovulation period and safe menstruation period. The ovulation period is the woman's ovulation period and the 5 days before and 4 days after. Except for the menstrual period and ovulation period, the rest of the time is the safe menstruation period.

A woman's ovulation period is generally about 11-14 days before the next menstrual period. Starting from the first day of the next menarche, the last 14 days or minus 14 days is the ovulation period. The ovulation period plus the first 5 days and the last 4 days are called the ovulation period.

For example: A woman's menstrual cycle is 28 days. The first day of this menstruation is December 2nd. Then the next menstruation will be on December 30th (December 2nd plus 28 days). Subtract 14 days from December 30th, and December 16th is the ovulation period. The ovulation period, the 5 days before and the 4 days after, that is, December 11-20 is the ovulation period. Except for the menstrual period and ovulation period, the rest of the time is the safe menstrual period.

By filling in the relevant data and the time of your previous period, you can calculate the approximate time of ovulation, safe menstruation period and physiological period, with an error of less than 1 day. The values are marked in three colors, which is concise and easy to understand.

For most people, the ovulation period can be accurately estimated. However, there are a few people whose ovulation is delayed or advanced due to various reasons, resulting in calculation errors.

Menstrual cycle is normal

Female ovulation is affected by the endocrine hormones of the hypothalamus-pituitary gland and uterus and ovaries and shows regular changes. The length of the cycle of the two is the same, both of which are one cycle per month, and the ovulation period occurs between two menstrual periods. Women's menstrual cycles vary in length, but the time interval between ovulation and the start of the next menstrual period is relatively fixed, usually about 14 days. Then based on the relationship between ovulation and menstruation, the ovulation period is calculated according to the physiological cycle. This is also the basic theoretical basis of the safe period contraceptive method, because in the menstrual cycle except the menstrual period and ovulation period, the rest of the time is the safe menstruation period.

For example, taking the menstrual cycle as 30 days as an example, the first day of menarche is September 29, then the menarche is on October 29 (September 29 plus 30 days), and then subtract 14 days from October 29, then October 15 is the ovulation period. The ovulation period, the 5 days before and the 4 days after, that is, the ten days from October 10th to 19th is the ovulation period.

To calculate the ovulation period using this method, you must first understand the length of your menstrual cycle. In other words, you must have a very normal or regular menstrual cycle to calculate the start time of the next menarche and thus the ovulation period. Therefore, it is only suitable for women whose menstrual cycles are always normal. If your menstrual cycle is irregular or abnormal, you cannot calculate the time of the next menarche, so you cannot calculate the ovulation period and ovulation date.
