How is Bacterial Vaginitis Caused?

There are many types of bacteria that can infect a woman's vagina, leading to vaginitis. The most common of these is candidal vaginitis. Once you suffer from this type of vaginitis, you will experience many uncomfortable symptoms, such as a burning sensation or itching in the vagina, as well as painful urination. In addition, your vaginal discharge will become abnormal, etc. So what are the causes of candidal vaginitis?

How is Bacterial Vaginitis Caused?

1. Excessive cleaning:

Improper cleaning and cleaning obsession are also hidden dangers of mold infection. Frequent use of gynecological cleaning disinfectants, disinfected sanitary pads, etc., destroys the microenvironment of the vagina itself, causing imbalance, reducing the vagina's self-antibacterial ability, making it easier for fungi to invade and cause disease.

2. He:

The fungi in the vagina can also be transmitted to the male reproductive tract. When the fungi parasitize in the male reproductive tract, since the male reproductive tract is relatively dry and does not have the acidic environment that fungi like, there will be no obvious symptoms of fungal infection. However, the fungal spores in the male body can be transmitted to the female again, causing direct infection due to sexual intercourse. This may be the reason for the recurrence of candidal vaginitis in women.

3. Tight synthetic underwear:

Tight-fitting synthetic underwear has many disadvantages. It can increase the local temperature and humidity of the vagina. The stuffy and hot environment is the best living environment for mold to multiply in large numbers.

4. Abuse of antibiotics:

Improper use of antibiotics or abuse of broad-spectrum antibiotics may lead to serious consequences, because while antibiotics kill pathogenic bacteria, they also inhibit some beneficial bacteria. Uninhibited and foreign resistant bacteria will take the opportunity to multiply in large numbers, including mold.

5. Pregnancy:

During pregnancy, the body's immunity decreases, the level of sex hormones is high, the glycogen in the vaginal tissue increases, and the acidity increases, which is conducive to the growth of fungi. In addition, the increased sex hormones during pregnancy also promote the production of hyphae by fungi. The hyphae are the "claws" of fungi that can help fungi invade vaginal tissue and cause vaginitis.

6. Tinea pedis, onychomycosis, etc.:

Fungi can multiply in large numbers in the vagina, skin surface, gastrointestinal tract, nail crevices and other places, causing candidal vaginitis, skin fungal diseases, gastroenteritis, onychomycosis and other diseases. The fungi parasitic in these parts can also be transmitted to each other. For example, tinea pedis, onychomycosis and fungi in the gastrointestinal tract may be caused by repeated vaginitis infections.

7. Diabetes:

Diabetic patients have low body resistance, high vaginal glycogen content, and an acidic pH value, which makes female diabetic patients more susceptible to fungal damage and develop candidal vaginitis. Clear the alarm: Control blood sugar and wash the vulva with soda water. Since high blood sugar is the culprit, diabetic patients should not allow their blood sugar to soar. Therefore, we should start with diet and exercise to keep blood sugar at normal levels. In addition, you can also use soda water to clean the vulva to increase the pH value of the vagina and inhibit the growth of mold.

8. Washing machine:

According to relevant surveys, mold is hidden in almost every laundry tub! Most of the mold found on clothes also comes from the washing machine drum, and the more frequently the washing machine is used, the more mold there is inside.
