Leucorrhea is quite important for women, because leucorrhea is not only the secretion of the female reproductive system, but its normality is also closely related to the health of people's reproductive system. If women have gynecological diseases, then there will be some abnormal phenomena in leucorrhea. Excessive vaginal discharge is a relatively common problem. Next, let’s analyze the reasons for excessive vaginal discharge! 1. Gonorrhea is characterized by increased leucorrhea, yellow purulent discharge, burning sensation in the vulva, dysuria, frequent urination, difficulty urinating, fever, chills, headache, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting, and may also be accompanied by prolonged menstruation and excessive menstruation. 2. Genital herpes causes a lot of vaginal discharge, and one or more small, itchy red papules in the perineum, which then produce herpes. After 3 to 5 days, they rupture to form ulcers, scabs, and pain. Local lymph nodes are swollen and tender, accompanied by fever, general discomfort, and headache. 3. Genital warts increase the amount of leucorrhea, and tiny papillary warts are scattered on the perineum. They gradually increase in size and number, and merge into cockscomb or cauliflower-shaped solid masses. The texture is relatively soft, the surface is moist, pink or dark red, and the top may be keratinized or infected and ulcerated. 4. Uterine fibroids can cause increased leucorrhea, back pain, lower abdominal distension, abdominal pain, shortened menstrual cycle, heavy menstrual flow, prolonged menstrual period, irregular vaginal bleeding, abdominal distension in patients with large fibroids, a mass felt in the lower abdomen, or frequent urination, constipation, difficulty in defecation, and infertility. 5. Vaginitis: excessive vaginal discharge, which is thin and foamy or white and thick and resembles bean curd residue, odorless or with a foul odor, itching, burning pain at the vaginal opening and vulva, or pain during sexual intercourse, and sometimes frequent urination, painful urination, and hematuria. 6. Chronic cervicitis causes a large amount of leucorrhea, which is milky white mucous or light yellow purulent, occasionally mixed with a small amount of blood. There are also pains in the lumbar and sacral area, and pain in the pelvic area. In severe cases, it can cause infertility. 7. Uterine prolapse causes increased leucorrhea and lumps coming out of the vaginal opening. The lumps can become smaller or disappear after lying down to rest. In severe cases, the lumps cannot shrink even after rest, and are accompanied by pain in the lumbar and sacral region and a feeling of falling. 8. Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease causes increased vaginal discharge, increased or irregular menstruation, distension and pain in the lower abdomen, and soreness in the lumbar region, which often worsens after fatigue, sexual intercourse, and before and after menstruation. Sometimes there is low fever, fatigue or lack of energy, general discomfort, and insomnia. |
