Many women who enter married life will develop gynecological diseases. Cervical erosion is one of the most common gynecological diseases. Generally speaking, if cervical erosion occurs, it can be judged from the woman's menstrual volume and leucorrhea. So if a woman suffers from cervical erosion, what changes will occur in her leucorrhea? When women have leucorrhea, what conditions should they pay special attention to? This article will tell you the answer, and I hope it will be helpful to everyone. What does cervical erosion leucorrhea look like Cervical erosion is a gynecological disease, and its best treatment method varies depending on the degree of erosion. Cervical erosion can be mild, moderate or severe. Women of childbearing age who suffer from mild cervical erosion and do not have any symptoms do not need treatment. Patients with mild cervical erosion basically have no obvious symptoms and may only experience increased vaginal discharge, which is often easily overlooked. Cervical erosion in many patients is discovered during screening or when they visit the doctor for other gynecological diseases. Moderate to severe cervical erosion is generally difficult to distinguish and often merges together. The most obvious symptoms of patients are increased vaginal discharge, yellow and sticky texture, or blood in the vaginal discharge. A small number of patients may experience bleeding after sexual intercourse. If inflammation and infection occur simultaneously, it may cause vulvar itching. Because the cervical lymphatic system is directly connected to the paracervical connective tissue, inflammation can spread to the pelvic cavity through the lymphatic circulation, leading to pelvic connective tissue inflammation, and symptoms such as lumbar pain, and lower abdominal distension. Abnormal leucorrhea is almost the most typical manifestation of middle and late stage cervical erosion. If the inflammation and infection are not obvious, the leucorrhea will mainly be transparent mucus; if the cervical erosion is accompanied by obvious inflammation and infection, the leucorrhea will be yellow, purulent and viscous. If the erosion area is small or the lesion is shallow, the amount of leucorrhea may be less; on the contrary, if the erosion is large and severe, the amount of leucorrhea is large, and even irregular vaginal bleeding may occur. If a woman is of childbearing age and has mild cervical erosion but no symptoms, no treatment is required. There are some physiological factors that cause erosion. If it is moderate to severe erosion, it must be diagnosed in a regular hospital. Except for cervical cancer, some physical treatments can be done. The more commonly used ones now are microwave, laser, freezing, and radiofrequency ablation, which are more effective. Generally, one treatment may be enough, or two treatments at most. |
