Cervicitis infusion is the best

Female friends must not take cervicitis lightly, because if timely measures are not taken to treat cervicitis, it may cause more serious uterine disease problems. Cervicitis is also a common gynecological disease, so female friends should not worry too much after suffering from cervicitis. There are many ways to treat cervicitis. So is intravenous infusion the best way to treat cervicitis?

Medicines for treating cervicitis

When using western medicine, be careful not to use large amounts of antibiotics. The direct consequence of excessive use of such drugs is that the bacteria will develop drug resistance, destroy the restrictive relationship between vaginal flora, lead to vigorous fungal growth, continuously extend the treatment cycle, and continuously increase the drug dosage, and the disease cannot be effectively treated.

Therefore, in general, Western medicine is used as a topical medication to treat cervicitis, such as:

Place 1 suppository into the vagina once a day. A course of treatment is 7 to 10 days. It is effective for Trichomonas vaginitis and also for general bacterial infections.

Cervicitis suppository, one tablet is placed in the vagina, once every other day. You will recover after 1 to 2 weeks. If the inflammation is obvious and the secretions are heavy, you can use 1:5000 furazolidone solution for vaginal irrigation and then spray local medicine, such as furazolidone powder. However, attention should be paid to aseptic operation during irrigation to avoid cross infection.

Causes of cervicitis

1. Acute cervicitis

(1) Sexually transmitted disease pathogens Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Chlamydia trachomatis are mainly found in people at high risk of sexually transmitted diseases.

(2) Endogenous pathogens Some pathogens of cervicitis are related to bacterial vaginosis pathogens and Mycoplasma genitalium infection.

2. Chronic cervicitis

Chronic cervicitis can be a continuation of acute cervicitis or it can be caused by persistent infection with pathogens similar to those of acute cervicitis.

(1) Chronic endocervical mucositis: The lesions are limited to the endocervical mucosa and submucosal tissue. The vaginal part of the cervix is smooth, with purulent secretions from the external opening. The endocervical mucosa proliferates and protrudes outward. The cervical opening is congested and red, and the cervix is enlarged.

(2) Cervical polyps are formed by chronic inflammation and long-term stimulation, which causes the local mucosal proliferation of the cervical canal and protrusion toward the external os of the cervix.
