1. Pay attention to nasal hygiene and actively prevent colds. When the indoor air is dry, pregnant women are advised to use a humidifier to replenish the air humidity.

2. Adhere to physical exercise to enhance body resistance. Jogging in the morning, washing your face with cold water, and taking a walk in the afternoon can strengthen your physical fitness and improve your body's tolerance to cold.

3. Improve the environment and adjust your diet to improve and control environmental factors. Pay attention to the hygiene of the working and living environment, open the windows regularly to refresh the indoor air, wash your hair and take a bath frequently, and change pillows and bedding frequently; avoid the growth of dust and mold; avoid keeping pets at home, such as cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, etc.

4. Eat more foods rich in vitamin C and vitamin E, such as green vegetables, tomatoes, oranges, red dates, beans, lean meat, milk, eggs, etc., which can enhance blood vessel elasticity and improve blood flow to the nasal mucosa; try to avoid eating raw and cold foods and drinking various alcoholic beverages.
