Is leucorrhea cleanliness level 4 serious?

Leucorrhea is a barometer of women's health. By testing the cleanliness of leucorrhea, it is possible to determine to a certain extent whether a woman suffers from gynecological diseases. In recent years, the incidence of cervical cancer has gradually increased. The occurrence of cervical cancer will cause tremendous physical and mental pressure on women. So what is leucorrhea cleanliness? Is it serious if the leucorrhea cleanliness level is 4? How should women view the cleanliness of leucorrhea and how can they maintain their daily health care?

Cervical cancer is a nightmare for women and the leading killer of women. If girls do not pay good attention to hygiene and do not know how to take good care of their bodies, especially if they do not pay enough attention during menstruation, there is a high chance of developing cervical cancer. There are many medical tests for cervical cancer now, one of which is to determine whether there is cervical cancer by testing the cleanliness of leucorrhea.

In fact, the cervical Pap grading is different from the vaginal cleanliness grading. The general white cervical cancer leucorrhea cleanliness refers to the cleanliness of the vagina, which is generally used to determine whether there is vaginitis.

There are four degrees in total, namely:

First degree: There are a large number of vaginal lactobacilli and epithelial cells, no other bacteria, and white blood cells, but the field of vision is clear, which is normal secretions.

Second degree: A moderate amount of vaginal lactobacilli and epithelial cells appear, as well as a small amount of white blood cells and miscellaneous bacteria, but it is still normal vaginal secretions.

Third degree: A small amount of vaginal lactobacilli and squamous epithelium appear, as well as a large number of miscellaneous bacteria and white blood cells. Mild vaginal inflammation may have occurred.

Fourth degree: There are no vaginal bacilli, only a few epithelial cells, and a large number of white blood cells and miscellaneous bacteria. You may have a relatively severe vaginal inflammation, such as candidal vaginitis or Trichomonas vaginitis, and you are in urgent need of treatment.

There are generally five levels of cervical cancer grading:

Level Ⅰ: normal cells, indicating that your body is healthy;

Grade II: There are signs of inflammation, so more attention may be needed;

Grade III: suspected malignant cells are present and a comprehensive examination is recommended;

Grade IV: cancer cells are present and the patient may need to be hospitalized for further observation;

Grade V: There are cancer cells, and it can be confirmed as cervical cancer from the overall appearance.

Moreover, the detection methods of the above two are also different. The test method for vaginal cleanliness is generally to directly take the leucorrhea secreted by the human body for testing, while the method for cervical cancer detection is generally to take the cells on the cervix for testing. The presence or absence of cervical cancer is determined by testing the cells on the cervix.

The above is the answer to the cleanliness of leucorrhea in cervical cancer. I believe that after reading this article, everyone will have a deeper understanding of this test. In recent years, the number of cases of cervical cancer among female friends has been increasing, so it is best for female friends to insist on having a cervical cancer check once a year and start with prevention.
