Female waist pain

Female waist pain

The reason for women's lower back pain may be pelvic inflammatory disease or the increase of the fetus during pregnancy, which causes uterine prolapse. Women need to judge the condition based on their own physical constitution. If it occurs during pregnancy, it is usually due to the uterus tilting forward, and the fetus will become larger, increasing the stress on the lumbar spine. However, during the non-pregnancy period, it is usually caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, and this symptom is also accompanied by excessive vaginal discharge.

1. Pelvic inflammatory disease is a common gynecological disease. It is an inflammation of the pelvic tissues, such as chronic adnexitis, pelvic peritonitis, etc. Under the stimulation of inflammation, it will cause pain in the waist, and there will be symptoms such as excessive vaginal discharge, local itching or tingling, which requires careful identification.

2. The normal position of the uterus is forward bending and flexion. If the uterus flexes backward and the position changes abnormally, the ligaments supporting the uterus in the body will be over-stretched, and the nerves will be compressed to a certain extent, leading to symptoms of low back pain. The most common is uterine prolapse caused by abnormal position of the uterus.

3. Tumors appear in the pelvic cavity, such as uterine fibroids, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian tumors, etc. These diseases will cause the tumor to compress the nerves. Since the cancer cells will develop into the expanded body tissues, female patients often have low back pain, and the symptoms will worsen as the tumor grows.

4. After a woman becomes pregnant, the fetus will gradually grow larger, and the force supporting the waist will continue to increase. Long-term mechanical action will cause the ligaments to relax, and the enlarged uterine cavity will compress the nerves and blood vessels in the pelvic cavity, making low back pain more common. Multiple births or too many artificial abortions, and lack of attention to a moderate lifestyle can lead to kidney deficiency and low back pain.

The above introduces the reasons for the pain in the middle of the waist of women. There are many reasons that may cause women to have symptoms of low back pain. In addition to the factors mentioned above, excessive fatigue in the postpartum period, cold during menstruation or after delivery, urinary system infection and other factors can also cause women to have low back pain. If you don’t know the cause, do not use treatment methods indiscriminately. It is best to go to the hospital for diagnosis.
