How to drain uterine fluid

Uterine effusion is very common, and many women will suffer from this disease, which will cause damage to the health of the uterine cavity, as well as obvious symptoms such as abdominal pain, menstrual disorders, and excessive leucorrhea, bringing women a lot of trouble. Because the adverse effects of intrauterine fluid effusion are quite serious, the accumulation of blood needs to be properly handled. There are three clever ways to discharge intrauterine fluid.

1. Single drug treatment

Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills are composed of ingredients such as Chuanxiong, red peony root, scutellaria, white atractylodes, Poria, Poria, and mint. They can soothe the liver and strengthen the spleen, nourish qi and blood, and regulate menstruation. They are used to treat a variety of gynecological diseases, have obvious effects on intrauterine effusion, and improve symptoms such as irregular menstruation, chest and flank pain, dizziness, and other discomforts. Patients should take the medicine twice a day and pay attention to adjusting the dosage according to the doctor's advice. It is not suitable for pregnant women to take.

2. Treatment with traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions

Hongteng Shengdihuang Decoction is used to treat introverted cervicitis and can also assist in the treatment of uterine effusion, with a very significant effect. This prescription is composed of dried black plums, red vine, raw rehmannia, pomegranate peel, dandelion flowers, honeysuckle vine and other ingredients. Add them to 200-300ml of cold water and boil them. Inject the decocted medicine into the vagina for 20-30 minutes. Take the medicine 1-2 times a day, and take it for five times as a course of treatment.

3. Medical care

Uterine effusion has a serious impact on women's health and should be treated promptly and thoroughly to avoid delaying the condition. If the condition is serious, bed rest is required and a semi-recumbent position should be maintained, which can promote the exudate to the lower part of the pelvis and thus help the discharge of postpartum lochia. In addition, you should also keep your private parts clean, wash your vulva with warm water every night, and change your underwear in time.

The three methods mentioned above can help discharge uterine fluid and promote the restoration of uterine health, allowing female patients to avoid the harm and trouble of this disease. All women should prevent the occurrence of this disease. When blood accumulates in the uterine cavity, they should go to the gynecology department in time for medication treatment, use the treatment drugs as prescribed by the doctor, and also pay attention to the hygiene of the private parts.
