Doctors often allow them to take a small amount of vitamin B6 to stop vomiting. Some pregnant women think that vitamin B6 is a vitamin needed by the human body and has no harm, so they take it in larger quantities and for longer periods of time. In fact, taking too much is harmful to the fetus.
