Foreign body in the uterus

Foreign body in the uterus

The uterus is an important reproductive organ of women, and its health is directly related to women's physical health. In life, some women are found to have foreign objects in their uterus during gynecological examinations. Generally, due to the structure of the uterus, foreign objects will not appear unless they are residues. In this case, the residues must be cleaned up, otherwise they will cause intrauterine infection over time, causing heavy bleeding, etc.

More than 50 days after giving birth, a woman has bleeding again, and a small amount of blood is found in the uterus without any examination. Then it is most likely caused by residual pregnancy tissue, and it is necessary to perform uterine curettage as soon as possible to remove these residues and prevent them from continuing to infect the uterus. You also need to be alert to the presence of uterine fibroids in the uterus. If there is a problem, seek early treatment.

Under normal circumstances, no foreign objects will enter the uterine cavity because the cervical opening is relatively narrow. It is recommended that if you are worried, you can go to the hospital for an ultrasound or X-ray examination to determine whether there are foreign objects in the uterine cavity. Pay attention to personal hygiene at ordinary times to prevent bacterial infection of the reproductive system leading to vaginitis, vulvitis, cervicitis, endometritis, adnexitis, and pelvic inflammatory disease.

As long as it is not malignant and does not affect your daily life, it is best not to remove the uterus if possible, after all, you are young. Or go to a large hospital for a hysteroscopy or a combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. It is recommended to pay attention to rest, ensure sleep, pay attention to personal hygiene, and keep the vulva clean.

If you have regular menstrual cycles and a normal sexual life, you should consider the possibility of pregnancy after your menstruation stops. According to your test results above, the possibility of you being pregnant is relatively high, but your urine test did not show pregnancy. It is recommended that you have a blood test, as the test paper test may have a certain degree of error. If a blood test shows that you are pregnant, it is recommended that you have regular prenatal checkups and closely observe the development of your body and the fetus. However, if you are not pregnant and there are abnormalities in your uterus, it is recommended that you have a uterine curettage or hysteroscopy and treatment.
