B-ultrasound left adnexal cyst

B-ultrasound left adnexal cyst

Adnexal cysts are also known as ovarian cysts. Many female friends get scared when they hear about cysts and think that their physical condition is serious. In fact, adnexal cyst is a benign disease, which is closely related to gynecological diseases, endocrine disorders, etc. As long as you develop reasonable living and eating habits and pay attention to protecting your private parts, this cyst will gradually disappear, so don't be afraid.

Once an ovarian cyst is diagnosed, it should be treated surgically as soon as possible. If it is larger than 5CM, surgery is necessary; otherwise, there is a possibility of rupture or pedicle torsion at any time, which may be life-threatening. Drug treatment is ineffective. Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy can be chosen, which does not require laparotomy or ovarian removal and can preserve the integrity of the patient's reproductive organs and reproductive function to the greatest extent.

Ovarian cysts are generally caused by endocrine disorders and are benign lesions. If it grows slowly and is asymptomatic and does not exceed six centimeters in size, you can observe it first and do not need surgical treatment for the time being. If it is a chocolate cyst, it is usually accompanied by dysmenorrhea. You can go to the hospital to check the diagnosis of C125. If you don't feel any discomfort, you can observe it first, and then go to the hospital for an ultrasound after your period is over to see if it has shrunk or disappeared. As long as there is no obvious growth, it's fine.

Symptoms of left adnexal cysts include abnormal menstrual pain. Dysmenorrhea is the most obvious symptom of endometriosis, but it is the most easily ignored precursor; sexual pain. This is also an obvious signal, which may be accompanied by punctate bleeding; pregnancy will not occur without contraception. Among infertile women, infertility caused by endometriosis accounts for a high proportion.

If you have these symptoms of left adnexal cyst, you may not be able to detect it with ultrasound. Doctors may sometimes come into contact with foreign bodies during internal examination, but the most accurate method is laparoscopic examination. Laparoscopic examination can be used to treat the disease, and postoperative drug treatment can often cure it. Since general physical examinations often cannot detect endometriosis, you should be more vigilant.
