Just as older people may have loose skin, a woman's vagina may also become larger and looser due to certain factors. This physiological phenomenon occurs with age, mainly in women after childbirth. If the vaginal opening is too large, it will seriously affect your sexual life. Therefore, women all hope that they can have a tight vagina. So, what to do if the vaginal opening is too large?

Vaginal relaxation recovery method

1. Exercise therapy

(1) Pelvic floor muscle exercises

Exercise your pelvic muscles. Take a deep breath, contract the muscles of the anus, maintain the contraction for about 10-15 seconds, then exhale deeply and relax the muscles in the anus. Through these targeted trainings, the muscle tension in the vagina and other parts will be greatly improved. After delivery, you can do it 2-3 times a day, 15 minutes each time.

(2) Horizontal exercise

a. Leg lift

Lie flat on the bed with your buttocks on the edge of the bed, your legs stretched straight and hanging over the edge, and your hands firmly holding the edge of the bed to prevent your body from sliding down. Bring your legs together and then slowly lift them up, trying to bring your legs as close to your upper body as possible. During this process, your legs should be straight. When the legs are raised to a height that is perpendicular to the upper body, you can use your hands to support your legs, gradually moving them closer to the abdomen, and finally slowly returning to the original lying position.

b. Vaginal contraction training

Lie flat on your back, slowly insert a finger into the vagina and then clamp it. Don't be nervous. Inhale while clamping your finger. You can feel the feeling of your finger being wrapped. Then relax and breathe. Repeat several times, keeping the tension and relaxation time at about 3 seconds each time. After practicing a few times, you no longer need to use your fingers to help you, and just concentrate on feeling the contraction and expansion process each time. The contraction time of daily training can be extended appropriately, and after a few weeks it can be extended to about ten seconds. If you choose the "Kegel" training method, it will take at least one and a half months to achieve the training goal. When you feel that you can contract and relax very easily, you can change the duration training to contraction-relaxation speed training, and try to complete a back and forth movement (i.e. contraction and relaxation) within 1 second.

c. Exercise outward and downward

Exercise the muscles in this area to push outward and downward. When you first start training, you can choose to lie flat, stay relaxed, concentrate, and perform anal contraction. During this process, you must not exert force on your legs, buttocks, abdomen and other parts. After feeling the tension of the muscles in the pelvis, you can focus on the area around the vagina, repeating the contractions at a certain frequency. Patients can train 1 to 2 times a day, with each session lasting about ten minutes. After about one and a half months, the training effect will be more obvious, and the muscles in this part will become firmer and more sensitive. Once you are able to train comfortably, you no longer need to maintain a lying position; you can sit or stand.

2. Self-therapy

(1) Contract the anus and lift the breath

This method helps to strengthen the muscle tone in the pelvic area. You can choose to take a deep breath in the early morning or evening when the air is fresh, then hold your breath and lift your anus, as if you are holding back urine or bowel movements. Repeat this practice at least a hundred times. Once you become proficient in the operation, you can also practice it during normal time periods. After many training sessions, the muscle contraction ability in this area will be significantly improved, the surrounding muscle groups will become firmer and thicker, and the symptoms will be greatly improved.

(2) Stopping urination

This method comes from abroad and can also significantly improve the contraction and relaxation ability of the vaginal muscles. When you are halfway through urinating, hold your urine and pause for a while before continuing to urinate. After repeated training, you will find that the symptoms of relaxation are significantly improved.

(3) Walking

Like the women who bound their feet in ancient times, the women who walked like a snake, and those who usually walked like a cat, the muscles on the inner thighs and perineum were tightened when they walked. Over a long period of time, these parts get long-lasting and good exercise, which is very helpful for sexual life.

4. Medication

There are many drugs for treating this disease in China, which can be divided into two types: external use and internal use. Most of the topical products on the market today achieve their treatment goals by inserting medications into the vagina to help restore elastic fibers. The effect is good, the time is short, and the effect is long-lasting. However, oral medications are not as effective as topical medications.
