Early detection and early cure of breast cancer. Women should never ignore these five abnormalities of the breast

If we do not pay attention to some living habits, some women will suffer from various gynecological diseases and some gynecological inflammations. Minor problems can be solved in the hospital, but many inflammations will develop into cancer and cannot be cured for life. Therefore, women must pay attention to their good living habits and hygiene in order to give themselves a healthy body and suffer less from illness.

What are the five early symptoms of breast cancer?

First: Lumps are often painless, single, irregular, mostly solid, hard, and have poor mobility. The upper outer quadrant of the breast is a common site for breast cancer.

Second: Local skin changes The appearance of "dimple sign" on the breast skin is an important sign, which is caused by the involvement of Cooper's ligament or adhesion of the tumor to the skin. When cancer cells block the subcutaneous lymphatic vessels, orange peel-like edema may occur, and some people may develop varicose veins and satellite nodules.

Third: Nipple changes When breast lesions invade the nipple or subareolar area, the fibrous tissue and duct system of the breast may be shortened due to tumor invasion. The nipple is pulled so that it tilts toward the side of the tumor. Further progression of the disease may cause the nipple to become flat, retracted, or sunken, until it is completely retracted under the areola and becomes invisible. Nipple erosion is also an important sign of breast cancer.

Fourth: Nipple discharge Nipple discharge can occur when there are lesions such as epithelial hyperplasia, inflammation, hemorrhage, necrosis and tumors in the mammary ducts, especially in the large mammary ducts. The discharge can be colorless, milky white, light yellow, brown, bloody, etc. It can be watery, bloody, serous or purulent. Bloody discharge is more common in breast cancer and is often discovered by the patient themselves when the underwear is contaminated.

Fifth: Pain. This is relatively rare. A small number of patients may experience dull pain or stabbing pain.

The care methods after breast cancer surgery are also very important. Pay attention to some care methods to prevent the recurrence of breast cancer. You should get regular checkups to see if there are any abnormalities, and also do appropriate exercise to improve your immunity and resistance. You should also maintain a positive attitude to face your illness and avoid depression which will affect your recovery.

Breast cancer prevention measures

1. Genetic testing: If you want to prevent the occurrence of diseases, you must do a good job of disease testing. Only in this way can you prevent them effectively. First of all, breast cancer can be prevented through genetic testing. Some breast cancer patients are caused by gene mutations, so people carrying these genes must be tested. There are two major categories: one is of German Jewish descent, and the other is those with a family history of both breast cancer and ovarian cancer.

2. Appropriate exercise: Many patients believe that exercise will cause abnormal excitement of the body. In fact, appropriate exercise can also prevent diseases. Secondly, breast cancer can be prevented through proper exercise. It is best to take five days a week to exercise and persist for at least 45 minutes. Regular exercise habits are beneficial to improving our body's immunity and can also reduce the levels of estrogen and insulin in our body, thus avoiding the occurrence of breast cancer.

2. Regular check-ups: The body will continue to change with our lives, so regular check-ups are the best way to alleviate disease. Finally, the way to prevent breast cancer is to have regular check-ups, which is also very important. If everyone can develop such a habit, it will reduce the occurrence of many diseases. For breast cancer, a breast examination should be performed at least once every three years, and after the age of 40, an examination and breast X-ray should be performed once a year.
