What medicine is good for private care

In fact, as female friends get older, they will pay more and more attention to the care of their private parts, because keeping the private parts pink and tender can promote a harmonious relationship between husband and wife. More importantly, women will feel their private parts become loose as they get older, which greatly affects a woman's ability to experience sex during sexual life. Therefore, private part maintenance is also very important. What medicines should be used in the process of private part maintenance?

There are very few drugs, so you should pay attention to the following:

1. Wear cotton underwear or at least cotton underwear on the bottom, and make sure it is dried. Wear boxer briefs or even no underwear when you sleep at night to give your vagina some fresh air. Wear less tight jeans, leather pants, and culottes. 2. If you lead a normal daily life but are too tired or your resistance is weakened, it is easy to induce fungal infection. Try to avoid sitting for long periods of time to reduce the chance of humidity and heat

3. It is best to use warm water to clean the vagina. Too hot water can easily aggravate the inflammation symptoms. Use neutral, weakly acidic or soap-free cleaning products.

4. During the non-menstrual period, after taking a shower, fill a basin with warm water, add a few drops of vinegar or lemon juice and sit in the bath for 5 minutes to prevent or improve infection.

5. Do not use clean water or disinfectant to irrigate the vagina to avoid destroying the normal acidity and alkalinity and flora of the vagina.

6. Drink enough water. Drinking plenty of water before sex and urinating before and after sex can reduce the bacteria that grow in the urethra due to sexual intercourse.

7. Before sexual intercourse, both parties must wash their genitals to avoid bringing bacteria from the anus into the vagina or urethra during sex.

8. Drink more boiled water to prevent urinary tract infections and soothe the vagina. If you find that your vaginal discharge smells abnormal or you feel pain, or you can't feel arousal or wetness, you should consult a doctor immediately.

9. Use less sanitary napkins, panty liners, and toilet paper that contain perfume, flavors, or colors, as these things may be the culprit of genital contact dermatitis.
