Female genital odor

Female genital odor

When adult women reach their menstrual period, in addition to some physical discomfort, they may also have an odor, but it will disappear quickly. The ovulation period is about fourteen days after the menstrual period, and this is also when the leucorrhea is more frequent. Normal leucorrhea is colorless and odorless. However, some women have more serious genital odor, which requires consideration of disease issues. This symptom usually occurs when diseases such as vaginitis occur.

If we have foul-smelling leucorrhea, it is mainly because of infection in the reproductive tract. For example, in severe endometritis or cervical disease, especially in some elderly women, if the vaginal discharge has a foul odor or is bright red in color, it is a sign of malignancy. We should find the cause so that we can treat the disease symptomatically and the effect will be better.

Normally, the fluid that flows out of our lower body does not have any odor. After all, leucorrhea does not have any odor. If our leucorrhea has a fishy smell, we should be alert because it is vaginitis caused by Haemophilus vaginalis. Usually this disease is accompanied by symptoms such as vaginal itching, pain, and vulvar moisture. If the leucorrhea has a foul smell, it may be due to anaerobic infection, Trichomonas infection, or vaginitis caused by Haemophilus vaginalis infection, so we should treat the disease in time.

Trichomonas vaginitis can easily cause a woman's lower body to have a foul odor. This disease is a vaginal disease and is more likely to occur before and after menstruation. The main symptom is an increase in vaginal discharge in women, accompanied by symptoms of vulvar itching and some foul odor. When women develop Trichomonas vaginitis, they will find that the secretions are gray-yellow, yellow-green, yellow, purulent, etc.

If it is found to be some gynecological disease, the disease should be treated symptomatically. Only by curing the gynecological disease in time can these foul odors be avoided from appearing on the body. At the same time, you should also understand some daily care methods, do not over-clean the vulva, and do not let the vulva become wet.
