Six months of pregnancy, hard belly

Six months of pregnancy is the middle stage of pregnancy. Pregnant women will have more pregnancy reactions and will feel that the skin on their belly is a little hard. This does not mean that there is any abnormality. It is just a common pregnancy condition. You must relax yourself. Being too nervous will make it more difficult for the fetus in your belly to react normally. You should still stay happy.

6 month old stomach tight and hard

In the second half of pregnancy, pregnancy reactions basically disappear, the abdomen is not too big, movements are more convenient, and appetite improves, so it is the most comfortable stage of the entire pregnancy process. The second trimester is also the most important stage for fetal growth and development. The focus of health care is to monitor the growth and development of the fetus in the uterus and go to the hospital for regular prenatal check-ups. Have regular prenatal check-ups every month to keep up to date with your baby’s latest condition.

The health care focus for expectant mothers is: the bulge of the abdomen causes the center of gravity to shift backward, causing back pain, so do not wear high heels. Sleep at regular times and in regular amounts, and sleep on your left side. Avoid bending, squatting, lifting heavy objects, etc. to prevent miscarriage.

4th month: The fetus's face looks more like an adult, it gains slightly in weight, its eyes become more prominent, and fingerprints appear on its fingers. Starts to hiccup in the womb, a sign that the fetus is starting to breathe.

5th month: Fetal movements become stronger and stronger, the fetus grows hair, sucks its thumb, and organs in various parts of the body gradually grow. The fetus is about 25 cm long and weighs about 224 g to 500 g.

6th month: The fetus can open and close its eyes and hear sounds inside the mother's body. Handprints and footprints have also been formed. At this time, the fetus is about 29 to 35 cm long and weighs about 560 to 680 grams.

7th month: The fetus' brain function becomes increasingly perfect. The fetus can change direction by itself, begins to control various body functions, and can perceive light and darkness through the brain.

Since the fetus is connected to the mother by blood, proper exercise by pregnant women is also beneficial to the growth of the fetus. The enhancement of maternal blood circulation also increases the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the fetus, promoting the development of the fetal brain and body. Expectant mothers can bask in the sun when doing outdoor activities, which is also beneficial to the bone growth and development of the fetus. Moreover, if the mother always maintains a good mental state, it will play a certain role in the formation of an optimistic and cheerful character in the child in the future.
