What are vaginal polyps?

Vaginal polyps refer to polyps on the end of the vaginal wall. Like granulations, there may be single or multiple polyps. The possibility of lesions is small unless they are ignored for a long time and not treated, and friction causes damage, and finally lesions occur. The treatment of polyps is generally surgical methods, because taking medicine cannot restore the condition, and they need to be removed through surgery, followed by a good diet plan.

Symptoms and signs

Vaginal wall polyps are mostly asymptomatic, but may cause a small amount of vaginal bleeding or contact bleeding. Many are discovered during follow-up examinations after surgery. Located on the suture line at the top of the vagina, it is often a rice-sized, red swelling that can cause a small amount of bleeding when touched.

Medication
