Generally speaking, as long as a girl's second menstruation comes about 3 months after her menarche, no special treatment is needed. However, if a little girl who has sex has her menstrual cycle delayed by more than 37 days, she must use a test paper to rule out pregnancy. If you do not have sexual intercourse, irregular menstrual cycles, or delays of more than 37 days are all normal and do not require examination, treatment, or cure.
