Waist pain accompanied by lower abdominal pain

Waist pain accompanied by lower abdominal pain

Gynecological diseases are always with women, and the direct manifestation areas of gynecological diseases are often the abdomen, waist and lower body. Waist distension and pain and lower abdominal pain are symptoms of most gynecological diseases. No matter whether it is various internal chronic inflammations or cysts, the final stress-bearing parts are the waist and abdomen. This is mainly because some special tissues and organs of women are located in the waist and abdomen. The following are some common diseases that cause bloating and pain in the waist and lower abdomen.

1. Adnexitis: Adnexitis is divided into acute and chronic types. When women suffer from acute adnexitis, it can cause severe pain in the lower abdomen, accompanied by fever, chills and other symptoms, as well as lower back pain and discomfort. Chronic adnexitis can cause varying degrees of abdominal pain, or lower abdominal distension, accompanied by increased leucorrhea, low back pain, menstrual disorders and other symptoms. Therefore, when women have lower abdominal pain accompanied by low back pain, they should be careful to rule out the presence of adnexitis.

2. Ovarian cyst: If a woman has lower abdominal pain accompanied by lower back pain, it may be caused by an ovarian cyst. The ovarian cyst here refers to a functional cyst, which means that the developing egg may be surrounded by cystic fluid, causing enlarged ovaries and lower abdominal pain. In addition, ovarian cysts can gradually develop over time, and women may experience a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen and back pain when they stand up after exercising or sitting still.

3. Endometritis: This condition can also cause women to experience lower abdominal pain and back pain, accompanied by other symptoms, such as changes in menstrual vaginal discharge.

4. Pelvic inflammatory disease: It is a common gynecological inflammation that can cause lower abdominal pain and back pain. Generally, its systemic symptoms are not obvious. Sometimes, there may be lower abdominal pain, distension and pain in the lower abdomen, and soreness in the lumbar region, which will be aggravated especially after sexual intercourse or fatigue.
