This depends on the mother's diet in the first week.

The following is a first-week diet plan for women who are expecting a normal delivery with light labor. This diet plan ensures the daily intake of nutrients and includes recovery foods with certain functions, so as to help women pass gas, heal wounds, contract the uterus, activate blood circulation, and promote the discharge of lochia.

This week's staple food and side dishes are very monotonous, and Shenghua soup, sesame oil pork liver, barley rice, red bean rice and functional drinks should be eaten every day. Such food arrangement can make the efficacy of food better play.

1. Staple food: You must eat 1 serving of barley rice per day, and red bean rice (porridge), white rice (porridge) which have a tonic effect, warm glutinous rice oil rice, and sweet glutinous rice porridge (rice) can be eaten in moderation.

2. Side dishes: You must eat sesame oil pork liver, sesame oil pork heart, sesame oil fish, etc., which have a tonic effect, 1 portion per day. Energy and food amount: The daily energy intake of a postpartum woman is about 2600kcal, with about 100 grams (raw) of staple food for each meal, about 1.5 bowls of rice to two bowls of rice or 2 large bowls of porridge, and a total of 250-400 grams of raw grain (including beans) per day; 150-200 grams of animal food (pork liver, fish, pig heart, eggs, etc.) per day. Because pork liver is rich in vitamin A, if consumed too much, it will cause vitamin A poisoning, so the daily intake of pork liver is 20-50g; this week should not be too much fruit, within 20 grams; 800-1200 ml of soup per day; this week should not be too much black sesame oil and rice wine, 25 grams of black sesame oil per day; about 2 grams of cooking salt; 30 grams of brown sugar per day.
