How to judge whether the fetal movement is too frequent

How to judge whether the fetal movement is too frequent

The most important issue for women after pregnancy is the health of the fetus. In the second half of pregnancy, the easiest way to know whether the fetus is safe is to observe the fetal movement. The intensity and frequency of the fetal movement can reflect the safety of the fetus in the uterus. Therefore, pregnant women need to learn about the knowledge of fetal movement to promptly understand the condition of the fetus. So how to judge whether the fetal movement is excessive or frequent?

Pregnant mothers can choose to calculate the number of fetal movements within 1-2 hours of breakfast or dinner. At this time, the frequency of fetal movements is less affected by physiological factors and the data error is smaller. Pay attention to the frequency of fetal movements, the duration of fetal movements, the intensity of fetal movements, etc. If you find that the fetal movement is frequent, please check again after a period of time. If the number of fetal movements is abnormal again, you need to take certain effective measures as soon as possible.

The most significant time for fetal exercise is the 30th and 32nd week of pregnancy. Generally, continuous fetal movement is recorded only once, and the second time must be recorded at an interval of more than 5 minutes. The baby's fetal movement will exceed 3 to 5 times in 1 hour, and the number of fetal movements in 12 hours will be 30 to 40 times. If the data error is not large, and the speed and strength of the baby's fetal movement are the same as usual, it means that the fetus is safe.

Fetal movements generally occur 3-5 times per hour, and fetal movements of about 30-40 times within 12 hours are within the normal range. Significantly exceeding this standard value indicates that the fetus has frequent fetal movements. Moreover, the intensity and frequency of fetal movements during the day and night will change to a certain extent. Generally, the number of fetal movements in the morning is very small, and it will increase after 6 pm. The fetus's movements are most active between 8 and 11 p.m., which means the fetus has its own sleep pattern, which is called the fetal body clock.

The intensity and frequency of fetal movement vary from person to person, some fetuses may move more than 100 times in 12 hours, and some only 30-40 times. However, if the baby's fetal movements are regular, rhythmic, and not too noisy, it means the baby is developing normally. Therefore, pregnant mothers do not need to worry too much about fetal movement. When normal fetal movements occur frequently, it should be before going to bed, after meals, while taking a bath, while the baby is doing prenatal education or listening to music, etc. Sometimes frequent fetal movements may be due to fetal intrauterine hypoxia. If the fetal intrauterine hypoxia worsens, the fetal movement will gradually weaken. This is a sign that the fetus is in danger and effective rescue measures must be taken.
