Eat two pieces on an empty stomach every morning. It tastes good, like a snack, but you should stop eating it during your menstrual period.

3. If you have plenty of time, you can cook black bean glutinous rice porridge often. The ratio of black beans and glutinous rice should be about 1:2. Soak the black beans in water first, run overnight, and then you can cook it the next day. The effect will be better if you eat it after menstruation.
