3. Causes malposition of the fetus: If a pregnant woman has placenta previa or the umbilical cord around the neck, and she still does inverted exercises, it may cause malposition of the fetus, and in severe cases it may lead to miscarriage.

Pregnant women should not do headstand, but for ordinary people, it is possible to do headstand, but you should also pay attention to common problems of headstand.

Notes for handstand:

1. Your head will hurt when you do it for the first time. It is best to do it on a blanket or soft cloth pad.

2. Concentrate your mind and focus all your consciousness on the "Baihui" point in the middle of the top of your head.

3. Keep your head and hands in the same position at all times.

4. Keep your jaw in when turning your body to maintain balance.

5. It is not advisable to do this within 2 hours after a meal or when drinking too much water.

6. Do a complete set of movements every day.

7. Don’t rest immediately after completing the exercise. It is best to do some exercise before resting.
