Characteristics of small bumps: ① Location: mostly occur on the lip mucosa and cheek mucosa, and also occur on the areola, glans penis, labia minora, clitoris, inner side of labia majora, penis and foreskin. ②Appearance: Pale yellow or white, millet-sized, flat and hemispherical papules, scattered or dense. ③Number: multiple. ④Change: It will not get bigger and bigger. ⑤Symptoms: No subjective symptoms. ⑥Others: When the skin or mucous membrane is stretched tight, the bumps become more obvious.

How to treat: This disease is very similar to vulvar pseudocondyloma, penile pearly papules, and even small genital warts. In fact, this is not a sexually transmitted disease, but a physiological deformation and hyperplasia of the development of sebaceous glands. Don't be nervous, generally this disease does not require special treatment.

Prevention and precautions: Pay attention to treating the primary disease, keep the vulva clean and dry, and do not wash it too frequently with soap. Avoid scratching, alcohol and spicy food. Avoid scratching, rubbing or washing with hot water.

Appropriate use of sedatives, safety drugs, and antihistamines can adjust mood, reduce anxiety and tension, and relieve itching. Use topical antipruritic medication.
