43 days of pregnancy, some bleeding

Pregnancy means a lot to a family, and it is the meaning of life for women. However, the process of pregnancy for women is very difficult and full of various variables, which puts great pressure on women's physical health. For example, many women experience various abnormal symptoms after pregnancy due to their own reasons, and even suffer miscarriage. Let’s take a look at what’s going on if there is a little bleeding at 43 days of pregnancy?

Pregnancy is a normal physiological process, but some abnormalities may occur during pregnancy. The thing that expectant mothers worry about most is unexplained bleeding. In fact, bleeding is not a terrible thing as long as you find out the cause of bleeding and find the corresponding countermeasures.

The time of bleeding during pregnancy is different and the reasons for bleeding are also different. In some cases, there is no need to worry too much. As long as you take it seriously, the bleeding can be stopped, and there is no danger to the baby in the belly. However, if vaginal bleeding occurs one month into pregnancy, you must seek medical attention as soon as possible. The doctor will first assess the amount of bleeding and measure blood pressure and pulse to determine whether immediate hospitalization is needed. The patient will then be asked some relevant information, such as whether he or she has symptoms of lower abdominal pain. Then further physical examination will be carried out and a preliminary judgment will be made. If necessary, ultrasound examination and blood test will be arranged to help diagnose whether it is normal intrauterine pregnancy, spontaneous abortion, ectopic pregnancy or hydatidiform mole.

Causes of bleeding in early pregnancy:

1. Related to the embryo itself: Vaginal bleeding in early pregnancy may be due to the embryo itself.

2. Nurturing a life is a process of survival of the fittest. If the embryo itself has defects, it will be eliminated when it develops to a certain extent, and miscarriage usually occurs in about two months. Early miscarriage (before 16 weeks) is almost always caused by a defective fertilized egg, leading to abnormal fetal development, and is often unavoidable. When an embryo dies in the womb, it is often accompanied by vaginal bleeding.

3. When for some reason the fertilized egg implants in the fallopian tube, ovary, pelvic cavity or other parts outside the uterine cavity, it is called ectopic pregnancy. This type of pregnancy cannot develop fully and often results in miscarriage and vaginal bleeding.
