It is often paroxysmal or continuous, usually aggravated at night. Unexplained vulvar itching usually only occurs in women of childbearing age or postmenopausal women, and often affects the entire vulva.

3. Causes of vulvar itching

When scabies occurs, external skin lesions are the most serious, so local itching is also the most obvious.

3.2. Sexual hypersensitivity

Those who are allergic to semen, condoms, and friction.

If you wash your underwear with other clothes, bacteria will stick to your underwear.

3.4 Pinworm infection

It mainly attacks young girls, but adult women can also be infected.

3.5. Local skin uncleanness

Some women use toilet paper improperly, which causes the skin of the vulva to be contaminated by menstrual blood and vaginal secretions, thus causing vulva itching.

3.6. The husband's passionate kiss

When a couple makes love, if the husband's kiss does not just stay on the lips, the danger to the vagina suddenly increases several times.

In families where there is athlete's foot, the wife is much more likely to suffer from candidal vaginitis.

3.8. Drug allergy

It often occurs at the junction of the vulva skin and mucosa.

Bad habits that cause vulvar itching

1. Sitting for a long time. Women who sit in the office for a long time and do not move often are very likely to experience symptoms of vulvar itching.

2. Not paying attention to cleanliness and hygiene during menstruation. Failure to clean the vulva in time during menstruation causes menstrual blood or vaginal secretions to accumulate in the vulva for a long time.

3. Frequent use of sanitary pads. Panty liners are usually very thin and become saturated with just a little secretion. Local moisture may return to the skin, making it more suitable for bacterial reproduction.

4. Excessive cleaning. Gynecological inflammation is related to personal hygiene habits. Indiscriminate use of washing liquid may cause gynecological inflammation.

5. Private treatment. Some women were diagnosed with candidal vaginitis but took antibiotics on their own, which only made their condition worse.

6. Masturbation causes infection. If the hands or perineum are not clean, or if masturbation is too intense and causes damage, infection is inevitable.
