However, with the large amount of secretion of progesterone and estrogen, many pregnant women will still experience many adverse reactions. For example, a tingling sensation in the chest may be caused by the stimulation of progesterone. So what causes breast pain in late pregnancy?

1. In the late stages of pregnancy, chest pain often occurs. This is mainly because the estrogen levels in some pregnant women change after pregnancy, causing breast hyperplasia and breast enlargement, which in turn leads to chest pain.

2. Chest pain in the late pregnancy is actually preparation for milk secretion, so there is no need to be too nervous. Also, please note that at this stage, if the breasts are easily stimulated, it may lead to premature birth. As long as you pay attention to breast cleaning and care during pregnancy and adjust your sleeping position so as not to put pressure on the breasts, there will generally not be any major problems. However, if the chest pain persists throughout the pregnancy and is also accompanied by fever, lumps, etc., you should go to the hospital for examination in time and receive conditioning and treatment according to the doctor's professional advice.

1. First, cover the breast with one hand in the opposite direction, and use the palm of the other hand to press the edge of the breast. With the shoulder as the center, use your elbow to slowly push and gently massage from the outside to the inside.

2. Then, support the breast from the outside and bottom with one hand, and use the little finger of the other hand to press against the outside of the palm supporting the breast. With the shoulder as the center, move the elbow slowly upward from the bottom to massage the breast.

3. Finally, still press the breast with the palm of one hand in the opposite direction, and the palm of the other hand on the back of the hand pressing the breast. Use the little finger to apply force to lift the breast just below, and massage from bottom to top.

Breast tenderness is a natural phenomenon in some cases. Relax your mind and don't be too nervous. A little massage may help relieve the pain. However, if you experience long-term bloating and pain, or other symptoms such as discomfort caused by the bloating and pain, you need to go to the hospital for medical treatment and examination to find out the cause, so as to eliminate the doubts in your mind and prepare for delivery with peace of mind.
