Postpartum recovery exercises

After a cesarean section, you need to recover from the delivery. A better way for mothers to recover from the delivery is to do postpartum recovery exercises. This kind of exercise is actually very simple and does not require too much activity or strenuous exercise. This can help you keep your figure in shape, promote blood circulation in your body, and prevent any sequelae.

The buttocks of postpartum women are loose and inelastic. Among them, restoring the buttocks shape is one of the main items of postpartum recovery.

The main reasons for postpartum hip relaxation and sagging are poor postpartum pelvic recovery, weakened muscle elasticity, and fat accumulation. Postpartum hip recovery mainly includes the following methods:

1. Functional exercise: Increasing activities and exercising moderately after childbirth are beneficial to blood circulation, can enhance the elasticity of the buttocks muscles, promote pelvic recovery, and are helpful in improving loose hips and preventing body shape changes.

3. Use a pelvic correction belt in time: When a woman is pregnant, the effect of hormones causes the pelvis to expand. During childbirth, the pelvic pubic symphysis is stretched. If the expanded and stretched pelvis cannot recover in time, not only will there be body changes such as widened hips, loose hips, and enlarged buttocks, but it will also lead to many problems such as O-shaped legs, low back pain, and pubic pain. Choosing a professional and high-quality pelvic correction belt is extremely helpful for the recovery of a loose pelvis and buttocks.

Belt type: also called Japanese belt type. Currently, this type is the most common in China, such as several sets, etc., most of which are imitations of Japanese styles. It is a relatively scientific pelvic correction belt today, which can maximize the effect of assisting pelvic contraction. It is also relatively simple, convenient, comfortable, natural, scientific and practical to use, and is favored by obstetricians.

Two-strap type: This type is made of two straps, which is relatively simple and ordinary. When using it, one strap is tied around the lower back and the other around the base of the legs. Although it seems non-slip, it will increase the burden on the lumbar spine and the hip-tightening effect is not ideal.

Gauze wrapping type: Although this type of method was used early, it is more troublesome to use and the number of users has gradually decreased. In some postpartum care centers, professionals still help mothers use it. When wrapping around the abdomen, the hips are also wrapped to achieve the effect of tightening the pelvis.
