practice:

1. Prepare a clean crucian carp and marinate it with ginger and cooking wine for 3-5 minutes;

3. Put the fried fish in a soup pot, add water, ginger and yellow lily;

1. Cut the pig's trotter into small pieces, blanch in boiling water until cooked, remove and drain;

Ingredients needed: 100g millet, 25g glutinous rice and corn crumbs, a few red dates

Seasoning: honey to taste

Method: 1. Wash all the ingredients;
