Leucorrhea during the ovulation period is mostly due to increased estrogen levels in the body.

It promotes the proliferation of epithelial cells of cervical glands, increases the secretion of cervical mucus, and increases the sodium chloride content in the mucus, which can absorb more water, causing an increase in leucorrhea during ovulation. The discharge is thin and clear in color, and looks like egg white, which can be stretched into long threads. It is normal to feel a heavy pain in the lower abdomen. It is ovulation abdominal pain. Ovulation abdominal pain is a physiological abdominal pain caused by the rupture of the follicles during ovulation and the stimulation of the peritoneum by the follicular fluid after ovulation. Therefore, the abdominal pain is relatively mild.

Determination of ovulation period.

Normally, ovulation occurs around 14 days before the next menstruation. After ovulation, the body temperature rises by 0.3℃ to 0.5℃ and lasts for about 12 days. If the body temperature does not rise or rises slowly, lasts for a short time or rises less than 0.3℃, it means that ovulation has not occurred or the corpus luteum is not supplying enough energy.
