Abdominal pain and excessive vaginal discharge during ovulation

It is normal to experience lower abdominal pain during ovulation. In fact, the symptoms of ordinary girls during ovulation are not very obvious. However, some girls may experience abdominal pain and even bleeding during ovulation. If the amount of vaginal discharge increases, it is not a big deal as long as the color is normal. It is caused by increased hormones.

Considering that it is related to one's own hormone levels, if there are no other abnormalities, there is no need to worry too much. Some women experience ovulation pain. This is a normal physiological phenomenon.

Generally speaking, women will not experience obvious symptoms during the few days of ovulation.

However, a few people will experience discomfort during ovulation. The main symptoms are decreased appetite, high energy, increased sexual desire, and decreased resistance. During ovulation, women's vaginal mucus will become thinner to allow sperm to pass more easily, thereby increasing the chances of successful conception. At the same time, women's nasal mucus will also decrease, which increases the chances of bacteria invading the human circulatory system. Ovulation bleeding is generally not a large amount and lasts for half a day or several days, and may be accompanied by mild abdominal pain or back pain.

Leucorrhea during the ovulation period is mostly due to increased estrogen levels in the body.

It promotes the proliferation of epithelial cells of cervical glands, increases the secretion of cervical mucus, and increases the sodium chloride content in the mucus, which can absorb more water, causing an increase in leucorrhea during ovulation. The discharge is thin and clear in color, and looks like egg white, which can be stretched into long threads. It is normal to feel a heavy pain in the lower abdomen. It is ovulation abdominal pain. Ovulation abdominal pain is a physiological abdominal pain caused by the rupture of the follicles during ovulation and the stimulation of the peritoneum by the follicular fluid after ovulation. Therefore, the abdominal pain is relatively mild.

Determination of ovulation period.

Normally, ovulation occurs around 14 days before the next menstruation. After ovulation, the body temperature rises by 0.3℃ to 0.5℃ and lasts for about 12 days. If the body temperature does not rise or rises slowly, lasts for a short time or rises less than 0.3℃, it means that ovulation has not occurred or the corpus luteum is not supplying enough energy.
