When is the most accurate time to test ovulation?

If women can monitor their ovulation, the effect will be best and can promote conception. We know that women only ovulate once a month and can only ovulate a few eggs each time. Therefore, being able to accurately monitor the time of ovulation is very helpful in improving the success rate of conception. So we should understand this aspect. Let's take a look.

When is the most accurate time to test ovulation?

1. During each menstrual cycle of women, the luteinizing hormone (LH) in urine will reach a peak level 24-48 hours before ovulation. The ovulation test strip can accurately detect the peak level of LH.

2. The best time to test ovulation is from 10 am to 8 pm:

Method: Collect urine in a clean, dry container. The best time to collect urine is from 10 am to 8 pm. Try to use urine samples at the same time every day. Reduce water intake 2 hours before collecting urine because diluted urine samples will hinder the detection of LH peak. Dip the end of the test strip with the arrow mark into the urine, take it out after about three seconds and lay it flat, wait for 10-20 minutes to observe the result, and the result is based on the reading within 30 minutes!

Note: Do not use morning urine, and pay attention to the MAX mark line, which specifies the depth of the test paper inserted into the urine. In addition, the storage environment of the test paper is also important. Room temperature and light-proof environment are most suitable.

result:

Two purple-red lines appear, and the lower line (test line) is significantly lighter than the upper line (control line), indicating that the LH in urine has not yet reached a peak value and must be tested every day;

If two purple-red lines appear, and the upper and lower lines (control line and test line) are basically the same color, or the lower line (test line) is darker than the upper line (control line), it means that you will ovulate within 24-48 hours;

Only one purple-red line (control line) appears at the top of the test strip, indicating no ovulation.
