Vaginal pain in late pregnancy

Don't be too scared, it is normal. It is recommended to go to the obstetrics and gynecology department for regular prenatal check-ups to avoid unnecessary trouble. Pay attention to your diet structure and don't eat spicy, irritating, fried, raw, cold, or hard foods. Give yourself nutritious, easily digestible, and high-protein foods. Pay attention to safety during pregnancy, ensure sufficient time for pregnancy, and avoid fatigue.

Precautions for late pregnancy labor symptoms

1. False labor: Quasi-false labor begins to occur frequently in the late pregnancy. Its characteristics are that the time of occurrence is irregular and the intensity varies from time to time. It often occurs within 2-3 weeks before delivery. If uterine contractions are accompanied by severe abdominal pain, such as pain to the point of being restless and affecting your work and life, you need to go to the hospital for treatment.

2. Spotting: Generally, spotting occurs 24 hours before labor pains, but it may also occur repeatedly a few days before delivery or even a week before delivery. If there is only a light streak of blood and the amount is not large, the expectant mother can stay at home to observe and pay attention not to overwork and avoid strenuous exercise. If you experience fresh bleeding, the amount of bleeding exceeds that during your menstrual period, or you experience abdominal pain, you should be hospitalized immediately.

3. Rupture of membranes: The fetal membrane is the container membrane of the amniotic fluid. Once there is a rupture, the amniotic fluid will flow out. If it ruptures suddenly and the rupture is large, the expectant mother will feel a sudden flow of liquid from the vagina, which will continue afterwards. More liquid will flow out if she stands or exerts downward force (such as coughing). If the tear is small, small amounts of liquid may frequently flow out, soaking the underwear. If the amniotic membrane ruptures during pregnancy, you should lie down immediately and rush to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment.
