Rough skin on vulva

Rough skin on vulva

The vulva is a very special part of women. Regardless of whether it is with age or other maintenance issues, pigment will be deposited on the surface of the vulva of some women, and the skin of the vulva will become rough. This is mostly because women themselves do not pay attention to the maintenance of the vulva in daily life. Most women pay attention to the maintenance of their body and face, but due to the special and hidden nature of the vulva, it is often overlooked. Therefore, women must pay attention to the maintenance of the vulva.

1. Cleaning is important

The vulva comes into contact with a lot of dirty things every day, such as leucorrhea, urine, and even fecal residues. If these things continue to accumulate on the surface of the vulva, wouldn't it provide conditions for the growth of bacteria? Therefore, you must learn to clean the vulva on a daily basis, and this action must not be ignored.

It is recommended to wash the vulva when taking a bath every day. If you do not take a bath, you should wash the vulva with clean water alone, and dry it after washing. Try not to leave too much moisture on the surface of the vulva. This will prevent your underwear from getting wet as soon as you put it on. It would definitely be very uncomfortable if your vulva was always covered by wet underwear.

2. Choose the right sanitary napkin

Women need to use sanitary napkins when they have menstrual bleeding. They are in direct contact with the vulva, so the quality of the sanitary napkins is very important. Please do not use sanitary napkins that smell fragrant or have a strong herbal flavor. This type of sanitary napkin has a lot of additives. If it is accidentally torn, these additives will easily come into contact with the skin of the vulva and cause allergies.

In addition, if you find quality problems with the sanitary napkin when using it, such as it is damaged or wet, you should throw it away immediately and buy a new one. Because these problematic sanitary napkins can easily cause vulvar infection and inflammation.

3. Learn to self-examine your vulva

Especially since the vulva is always wrapped in underwear, it is generally not carefully observed. Therefore, when the disease occurs, it is often discovered when it is very serious. This may delay the treatment, so women should learn to self-examine their vulva.
