How to improve sneezing in pregnant women with allergic rhinitis

The main symptoms of allergic rhinitis are runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing. Although it is related to body hormones to a certain extent, most of them are caused by contact with allergens. In this case, you need to pay attention to some methods to improve it.

1. Pay attention to nasal hygiene and actively prevent colds. Wear a mask when going out to keep your mouth and nose warm and moist, reduce the stimulation of dry and cold air, and avoid overly irritating odors. When the indoor air is dry, pregnant women are advised to use a humidifier to replenish the air humidity.

2. Adhere to physical exercise to enhance body resistance. Jogging in the morning, washing your face with cold water, and taking a walk in the afternoon can strengthen your physical fitness and improve your body's tolerance to cold.

3. Improve the environment and adjust your diet to improve and control environmental factors. 4. Eat more foods rich in vitamin C and vitamin E, such as green vegetables, tomatoes, oranges, red dates, beans, lean meat, milk, eggs, etc., which can enhance blood vessel elasticity and improve blood flow to the nasal mucosa; try to avoid eating raw and cold foods and drinking various alcoholic beverages.
