You should avoid standing, squatting and physical labor for a long time within one and a half months to prevent uterine prolapse. It is recommended to rest for about two weeks. Staying in bed all day is not conducive to the discharge of lochia.

2. Good nutritional supplement. After the operation, you should supplement some protein-rich foods in time, such as lean meat, fish eggs, milk, etc.; avoid eating raw, cold, greasy, and spicy foods. After miscarriage, the body's metabolism is vigorous, and the amount of sweat and urine increases. You must supplement vegetables in time, otherwise it will cause the body to not recover completely, resulting in lifelong infertility.

3. Take good contraception measures. Sexual intercourse is absolutely prohibited within one month after the operation to avoid infection. Appropriate contraceptive measures must be taken during sexual intercourse thereafter. It is best not to get pregnant again within a year. If you get pregnant again too early, the endometrium has not yet fully recovered, and it is difficult to maintain the implantation and development of the fertilized egg, which can easily cause miscarriage. In addition, the fetus will develop poorly due to lack of physical strength and poor nutrition, and the risk of placenta previa and placenta adhesion will be increased.

4. Take good care of your uterus. First, find out whether the uterine cleaning is thorough. Second, warm the uterus. Warming the uterus can promote uterine contraction, reduce bleeding, and increase the speed of recovery. Ensure 10 hours of sleep every day and adopt a side-lying position to facilitate uterine recovery.

5. Take good care of vulva hygiene. Wipe the vulva with warm water every day, avoid taking a bath in a tub within half a month, and never touch cold water or be exposed to cold wind, as this may allow the cold to take advantage of the opportunity to invade and cause "postpartum disease". Change and wash underwear frequently to prevent bacterial infection, vaginitis, adnexitis, acute and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, dysmenorrhea, cervicitis, salpingitis, fallopian tube obstruction, infertility and other diseases.
